Join us for a creative cooking session with Nikki Blanch, where we will explore 10 essential ingredients and how they are used in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) cooking as the building blocks to cook a diversity of dishes.
Learn the medicinal properties of the 10 ingredients, and how they can be adapted to suit seasonal cooking.
We will explore the use of these ingredients in different dishes suited to early Spring, and cook and share a delicious meal together. The focus will be on simple recipes for easy meals mid-week, that leave you feeling nourished.
* Menu will be vegetarian, and gluten-free, and can easily cater to vegan preferences.
