Okido Yoga – a practice for Flood relief

Please join Julie Atkinson in a practice of Okido Yoga at the beautiful Australian Shiatsu College with cash donations accepted for flood relief support.

The session will focus on the Earth element relating to late summer/ Stomach & Spleen Meridians & include practices to help centre & ground us thus relieving anxiety whilst building our connection with others. When our earth element is in harmony we feel safe and secure, content with our life & our hearts are full of compassion.

***BYO Yoga mat & blanket and cash donation (NB receipts will not be available).

Monies accepted will be donated to Bundjalung Community Flood Relief – by Koori Mail.
