Events at China Books

To get to China Books you can:

  • ride your bike and secure it at the many facilities throughout the Melbourne CBD
  • By train
    • From Flinders Street Station, walk north on Swanston Street for approximately 300 meters.
      • China Books will be on your right-hand side, located at 234 Swanston Street.
    • From Melbourne Central Station, walk south on Swanston Street for approximately 300 meters.
      • China Books will be on your left-hand side, located at 234 Swanston Street.
  • By tram
    • You can take any tram that runs along Swanston Street, such as tram 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 16, 64, 67, or 72, and get off at the stop closest to Bourke Street. From there, walk north on Swanston Street for approximately 200 meters and you will see China Books on your right-hand side.
  • By car
    • There is a wide range of all-day parking options available throughout the Melbourne CBD
      • Golden Square Parking at : 217 Lonsdale St, Melbourne is in the block just behind China Books.
        • Enter from Lonsdale Street (between Russell and Swanston Street).
        • On weekends they have all day parking for $16 per day.
